EU-SAFETY Conference

We are thrilled to announce that the iCREATE project was highly represented at the 2022 EU-SAFETY conference, which took place in Vienna, Austria, on June 23-24. This conference served as a platform for prominent European stakeholders in injury prevention, encompassing research, policies, and practical applications.

Attending conferences is crucial for the iCREATE members as it enables them to stay updated on the latest advancements in injury prevention. Moreover, these conferences serve as a platform for our collaborating partners to promote the impactful work conducted under the training grant. Through presentations, they can showcase the research outcomes stemming from the training program. The EU-SAFETY conference addressed various priority areas, including the safety of children, older individuals, sports and leisure activities, vulnerable road users, and consumer products and services. The iCREATE project professionals leveraged their expertise to delve into these critical domains and delivered a total of nine compelling presentations.

We applaud their contributions and look forward to witnessing their work’s positive impact on the future of injury prevention. Their accomplishments testify to their commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to making the world a safer place for everyone.
