iCREATE Project experience

My experience at Babes-Bolyai University during the iCREATE program was both academically and professionally rewarding. I gained valuable insights into injury and violence prevention through engaging classes and fieldwork. As a university teacher, I also benefited from learning new teaching methods and tools, which I can apply to my own work. A key highlight was participating in a group project on traffic road safety near schools, where we conducted fieldwork observations.

This experience has given me a clearer direction by expanding my knowledge in this area and providing practical insights that I can incorporate into my future work.

Through the program, I developed essential research skills and had the chance to collaborate with students from Georgia, Moldova, and Romania. The group work and field observations allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations. Additionally, I learned valuable teaching techniques and how to adapt these methods in my own academic role. The program helped me build a strong international network for future research and collaborations.
